The room was incredible. The view, the staff and the amenities were accurate to the descriptions. I had a lovely time!

Booked this hotel as we had an overnight transfer in Pudong airport and we found it to be very convenient. Great value for money, big room nicely decorated and there’s even a free shuttle to the airport.

Due to flight delay, I had to change my hotel from city center to near the airport. If you just stay in Shanghai for transit, this hotel is very nice. Room is huge and very clean. There was a porter gentleman who helped me to carry my luggage to my room. To take the shuttle bus service, they told me to call the hotel when I arrive. I called them after existing the arrival exit and was told to go to 3rd floor exit 29 (I was at T2). Only waited for like 10mins to get in to the bus. They seem to have shuttle bus every hour to the airport, so I was checked what time I’d like take a bus on next day. It was very helpful. There were cafe and restaurants in the property and cafe looked very nice. The restaurant called midnight canteen is Japanese Izakata style and it was also nice and reasonable.

Good in overall. Staff was friendly but they speak little english. Use the translator app to communicate. The room was cozy and big. Strongly recommended ifbyou are around Pudong area.

We checked-in the evening before our flight, checking in was quick & easy. The room was clean & spacious. The hotel arranged airport drop off for us early in the morning. Overall it was pleasant experience staying at this hotel.

Extremely spacious room and clean! We were also awed with the entire surrounding environment of the hotel’s property. Their shuttle is also very convenient.

Traveled with officemate for business. The construction and decoration of hotel is gorgeous. Neighbouring river is nice to go and historic building is very eye catching. Hotel receptionist is polite. Room is spacious and we got a pro motion to a Tatami room. The Tatami room is well designed for a family with kids. Bed s comfortable and all cabinet corners are wrapped with safety silicone for protection. It is good to have free shuttle bus to airport. And, Food at the restaurant (Chinese cuisine) is good, and price is reasonable.

I chose this hotel for an overnight stay as I had an early flight to catch the next day and needed to drop some people off at the airport. It turned out to be an excellent choice! The hotel is extremely convenient, offering an hourly shuttle service that can pick you up or take you to the airport. This service made the logistics of our trip so much easier and stress-free.  The room itself exceeded my expectations. It was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Every detail was well-considered, with all the amenities you’d need for a pleasant stay from a cozy bed to a well-equipped bathroom and workspace. The design and cleanliness of the room made it feel both modern and inviting.  Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay near the airport. Whether you’re in transit or simply looking for a comfortable and convenient place to rest, this hotel is a great option that delivers on both quality and service.

Hotel was very comfortable. Rooms were clean and spacious. Great that they have a shuttle to and from Disney land. Only thing shady about it is the surrounding area.

I stayed here for 3 times by now. Always good. Very convenient location. Van shuttle is nice as well

This is a great hotel! Super nice staff and a lovely set up! Wang Mei helped check me in and was great! Everything looks very new and trendy. I stayed in the room with a bathtub and it was so nice! Highly recommend. Very close to the airport too and they have a shuttle to use as well.

Good café

It’s a very nice hotel with friendly concierge! There’s one staff which made our trip a better one was called liuping if I remember correctly. It’s very near to the airport and has free shuttle service every hour. They also have shuttle services to Disneyland which is great too!

have a super great night here. Got a massage spa at 1am bcs we are too tiring. Cost us RM 120 plus per person but overall experi3nce is good. The room is spacious just that the facilities not really adequate such as no hair dryer. Other than that, all great.
