In general it is a good Hotel, but definitely costs only the price offered by Trip.com (not more than that). I liked the attitude of Hotel Staff whose duty is room cleaning, especially very good old woman on the 2nd floor. She deserves promotion. I wish breakfast was better. It was cold in the offered room, especially evening and night time (Air Conditioning is not enough). Thanks

Extremely good and helpful staff and the hotel is at a prime location..many sightseeing places are nearby..just loved it here.

I found this hotel the most value for money while touring with my wife. It is not far away from the infamous Bund and convenient to access anywhere else. Highly recommend for anyone who consider less costly hotel while visiting Shanghai.
