位置不錯，離地鐵出口進，但是第一次去房東給的出口號不對，多繞了好多路。房間還算好找，面積也可以。但是衞生一般，床單有污跡，床鋪包括櫥櫃有黴味，最不能接受的是馬桶沖水有問題！！！沖水力弱，沒使用前就發覺有不乾淨想沖水卻很難，然後小便沖水慢，💩居然沖了半個小時才勉強乾淨，而且下水道臭味返上來的很厲害，衹能開門開窗通氣，這麼明顯的衞生問題居然查看評論裏沒有人提，是被過濾了嗎？電視完全是擺設，房東説最多也就一個台，然後試了一個台也沒有。隔音是老房子通病，湊合。總結，廁所沖水不能接受，太臭了。

老闆服務熱情，民宿位置挺好，周邊交通非常方便，靠近地鐵，吃飯也方便，環境可以，性價比很高，值得推薦！！

哇塞這個價位這種房子是真實的嗎 性價比太高了 房間裏面真的很寬敞 床是真的大 一進門被房間的大小驚艷到了 見過比圖片小的但這種比圖片大的第一次見房子裏裝修也很好看 入股不虧 大家放心定好嗎 房東也很有禮貌大半夜兩點多辦理入住也是秒接電話被感動到了 總體就是很喜歡非常喜歡下次必再來
