Nice stay, the services provided by the housekeeper were excellent! A room with good city view was also given. Yet, the facilities are a bit old.

The service over the Christmas period at this hotel was just phenomenal. Nothing was ever too much to ask, every employee was eager and only too happy to attend to our needs. It is so conveniently located to all the attractions too. My fiancé and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

My 2nd visit and the stay is great.
Walk distance to many shopping malls and less congestion.
Breakfast is as good as my 1st stay.

Lovely stay in such a group location. Breakfast buffet is easily the best I’ve had! The room overall was a little bit old school style, but the bed was super comfy and I had an amazing sleep.

The staff were extremely helpful. The views from the room are lovely and it is the perfect location! Rooms are minimal and clean with everything you need. Worth the stay.

Good location on the Puxi side and easy access to nearby tourist areas. Hotel itself is fine. One of the annoyances of Marriotts in China is that you can't open any of the room windows.

I had an excellent time at JW MARRIOT 😁 Shot a few videos for a new music project I’m working on. The sleep was especially amazing 🔥

Smooth check in, front desk answered all the questions I had. Hotel staff and cleaners were friendly. After coming back from a long day it was a good surprise that they gifted me mousepad after seeing I had a laptop for work. Asked for late checkout due to circumstances and got that smoothly as well, lady was also very polite. I would recommend this hotel from my experience

Very nice hotel , the breakfast is amazing and a lot of food ( Chinese & western). Located in jingAn an interesting museum in the front and a lot of garden. With a nice view. I recommend you this hotel for sure
