No proper cleaning. Toilet flush tank doesn't work properly. When complain is made a lady came and said it's in good condition. But every time we flush it we have to press flush button 4 to 6 times to clear the bowl. And Breakfast is also not good. Pathetic service. One of the worst hotel ever stayed

My friend and I came to Shanghai for a visit. The front desk service attitude was good, the check-in procedure was fast, and any problems were solved immediately by the front desk.
