The landlord is an uncle who only wore underwear when he knew we were going to cook outside. Maybe this is the way of life of Shanghainese, but it is still very unacceptable as a girl. 2. The room is extremely small! Very small! Two people stay, super invincible! This may also be the style of Shanghai alleys. The entire house may be 6-7 square meters, including the bathroom. An open 18-inch suitcase was placed on the ground, and there was almost no place to stand. 3. The bed is huge and hard, and the sheets and duvet cover are stained. Although they have been washed, they still live very well...everyone knows. 4. The entire homestay is separated from the old room, so you don't need to think about sound insulation at all. If someone passes by at the door, you will feel knocking on your door! Enter the alley to the home of the landlord, who has just arrived. The first room belongs to the landlord’s family, and there are two small single rooms available for rent on the first floor. Then the innermost is the wooden staircase leading to the second floor. so! ! ! The landlord gets up at 5 o'clock! Boiling water! say! cough! You can even hear the sound of watching TV! ! ! 5. It was during the rainy season when we went, so there was a smell of tide in the house. 6. There is a refrigerator in the room, but the refrigerator cannot be used at all, and the refrigerator has not been cleaned. The temperature in the refrigerator is higher than the temperature when the air conditioner is turned on outside. On the whole, consider it carefully. Maybe this is the general level of Shanghai B&Bs. I think it's better to find a fast chain hotel for this price.

很方便啊，一些挺好的，而在很靠近醫院

有史以來最差的一次體驗，已經微信和房東溝通考慮要不要續住問題了！房東沒有和保潔溝通，家裡的長者還在房間休息就直接沖進去把人趕走！電話房東後此人態度惡劣罵人，説趕走就趕走了唄！什麼態度！去任何酒店時間延長也是可以續住或者多付些錢，也不至於直接跑進房間的事發生！環境小，設施差也是要去醫院照顧長者誰會住這個犄角旮旯！呵呵，這個房間弄堂在弄堂找到它還花了點時間來！

對於每週都會住店的體驗來説是最糟糕的一次，設施不説了我也不講究，最根本沒有隔音，幾乎從四面都會傳來聲音，一整晚都睡不着，房間外面的聲音清清楚楚，民宿也不應該是這樣的環境，跟同等價格的賓館酒店差太多了

房子在瑞金二路，地段很好，交通便利。老居民區，周圍生活設施齊全，也有氛圍不錯的bar 因為房子在老弄堂裏，外地人不太好找，房東很貼心的錄了視頻告知詳細地址。 房間很乾凈整潔。隔音方面有一點點不太好，因為是弄堂的情況也無可厚非。 房東人很好，客氣又周到。退房的時候手鍊落裏面了，房東親自去房間裏幫忙找到了，還送到比較穩妥地方等我去拿。整體來説很棒！

住這裏挺方便的，去南京西路和淮海路都挺近的。晚上出門打個車，12塊左右就到南京西路了。房間設施齊全的。

民宿離周邊地鐵站較近，出行比較方便，周邊有全家、羅森等便利店、奶茶店，設施很齊全，試過在民宿裏點外賣可以很快地就送到。室內日用品一應俱全，甚至有鍋碗筷等餐具可以自己進行做飯。

房間內部如商家所展示。外部環境及缺點商家沒説。後續的客人務必注意以下幾點，介意勿住：1）這是一個單間，位於老上海弄堂裏。外地朋友可以理解為一個大房子裏的隔斷房間，窗户和門貼着公共樓廊。2）以上，房間的隔音很差，寬泛點説，沒有隔音。3）我當天晚定的250。到了後覺得住的不舒服，再定了黃興路的全季，大床內窗320不到（面積18平方米，帶一份早餐）。性價比大家依個人需求斟酌。以上，由於當時走的急，沒拍照。
