This is my third time staying at Yixi Courtyard, and every time the experience has been very satisfying! The hotel's overall environment is comfortable, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are well-equipped. The staff have a great service attitude and are always patient in helping to resolve any issues. What I like most is the overall comfortable feeling it gives you; it's very reassuring to stay here. Highly recommended! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai 😊

I had a layover in Shanghai. The hotel was nice and clean. Also, the reception speaks some English. They have free shuttle bus to get from the airport and to the airport (it comes on time once every hour, one doesn't have to worry about being late). I wanted to go to the city centre and walk around in the evening but I was too tired. If you want to go from this hotel to some tourist attractions, I found out that you can take taxi (about 15-20 RMB) till the nearest subway station and it takes about one hour to get to the Bund, for example. I went early to the airport, so, they gave some breakfast, it was really kind of them. The area near the hotel is good too: there is Family Mart supermarket, shops, cafes (if you like Chinese food) and I saw fast food restaurant too. Thank you.

Shanghai Joyful Yard Hotel is a great standard-tier hotel. I loved that breakfast was included, and the free airport shuttle bus saved me a lot on transportation costs—it’s only about a 10-minute drive from the airport. The room was extremely clean, and even though the window couldn't be opened, there was no musty smell at all.

I had a great stay on the 5th and 6th. The room was very comfortable, and having a washer and dryer was super convenient for laundry. The hotel offers 24-hour airport shuttle service, which was perfect for my late-night flight, and breakfast was delicious too!

Had a fantastic stay! Arrived very late, but the front desk staff, especially Ms. 10, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She even upgraded me to a quieter and more spacious room, which was a lovely surprise. The driver was also very kind and responsible, helping with my luggage. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-designed, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel breakfast was also excellent with a great variety of options. I'll definitely be rebooking here on my next trip to Pudong!
