Great location, right next to Qingxi Ancient Town. There's a large underground parking lot. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with excellent views. You can clearly see the entire Qingxi Ancient Town. The small path outside the hotel is a beautiful walk directly to the ancient town. Breakfast is also good, with a wide variety and high quality.

Booked this for my parents and they had a very comfortable stay. The overall environment was clean, and all the staff members were very friendly. They even gave us complimentary tickets to Bihai Jinsha, which was a great deal. The set menu at the Chinese restaurant was delicious and offered excellent value for money. Breakfast was also good, though the variety was a bit limited, perhaps because it wasn't a weekend. Overall, my parents were very satisfied.

Chose Sheraton for our Dragon Boat Festival trip to Fengxian. The room was clean and simple, and the bathroom was very spacious. Everything was pretty good, but the only downside was the inability to charge our car. The front desk said the charging station's contract hadn't been renewed yet. Hopefully, they can fix this soon. Overall, we were satisfied.

The environment here in Fengxian is really nice, feels like there's plenty of oxygen. The room was super quiet and the service was good too, very friendly. They even gave us two tickets to Haiwan Forest Park, which was a nice bonus.

My child was doing a two-day sketching trip in Qingxi Ancient Town, so we stayed one night at the Sheraton to make it convenient for them. Booked a weekend king room and got upgraded to an executive king room, which was a nice surprise! The kids' play area was also great and quite new. However, we happened to be there on a weekend when there was a 'find your self-healing power' course going on, and the place was absolutely packed. Breakfast time was a madhouse; it was so crowded, and we had to queue for ages. By the time we got to the front at 9 AM, there was barely anything left to eat. We even had to wait in line for noodles and coffee, which really detracted from the experience.
