I thought that the rooms were excellent. I feel like the staff could have been a bit more helpful especially knowing that we are foreigners.

The location is not very convenient for solo travelers there is nothing around the area. Residential areas you have to walk maybe 1 km or more to find restaurants.

This hotel is clean and clear And staff is friendly If don't like room you can easy to cancel Thank Good luck

It is an excellent hotel.Their service are great.The room very clean and bed very comfortable. Is very new hotel with and nice renovation for the room.Highly recommended for this hotel. Will come back again for sure.

Location is accurate and the service is okay. Amenities are available at the front desk, and plugs have USB ports for charging.

This place has terrible service and malfunctioning utilities. First night we get there and there’s a dirty towel on our bathroom sink. Then I tried taking a shower but ended up flooding the bathroom bc it would not drain. When my partner tried to call the front desk, the phone did not connect so he had to run downstairs to which he was not met with any urgency from the front desk and only bad attitude. They finally sent someone up to fix it but in the end no one apologized or offered anything additional for the bad experience. The command buttons on one side of the bed also doesn’t work. The toilet also is super annoying and you can’t stop it from autoflushing like every 2 seconds when you’re sitting on it and it splashes on you when you’re trying to focus on taking a dump 😓

Very clean hotel with nice location beautiful view and good breakfast

The hotel was new and clean with good design, but some stuff you could find in a 3star hotels even were not available. I have been in over 30 hotels in China this was the most unpleasant experience. 1. Door and windows were not completely locked so as it's cold season room was cold! The air-conditioner also didn't work very well. 2. There was water and a kettle but no tea or coffee or anything! 3. There was no place to put your luggage on top of it 4. The hotel name is different on builsing and everywhere in it from what shows in trip.com. we had a little trouble finding it 5. The toilet was too small and it's automatic water was working very bad and caused me every time get wet. 6. Hotels usually have packs of necessary items but here there was only water, slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste. That's all! 7. The booking didn't have breakfast included but usually if you want you can have breakfast with pay extra to the hotel. But according to staffs it was not available here. 8. There is no shop of any kind except for smoke and alcohol around. not at all!!! 9. Non of staff could speak 1 word of English

I’ve been here few times. I love the room and now it has been refurbished looks so great. Front desk staff are 👍

No hot water at night. Hotel is recently renewed but room is not fully ready for use
