I stayed here with my 3yo daughter for one night. We really enjoyed the room. The bed was really comfy and we loved that we could have a smart TV in the room that we listen to music on and watched PAW Patrol. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was very big. They gave us some good amenities and the breakfast was okay. Thank you for having us and we will definitely stay here again. Five stars

Service are really great ! Staff very friendly and so helpful. Really appreciate it.
Room is new and very clean with good auto control system. Love the shower hot water !
Location is good just opposite the stadium with 3-5mis walking distance. Food & shopping just around the area.
Highly recommended! My choice of hotel. It makes me really happy to stay here.

Room was relatively small, amenities were basic but with the Mercure French quality. Location is alright, 10 mins Walking distance to Taikoo place where you can find lots of shops and restaurants inside the mall!

Hotel was very clean and accommodating. Front desk Mag was very helpful with helping us check out later. Overall staff was kind and respectful. We had a pleasant stay.

I use the hotel for location only. It’s clean and safe. Amenities are minimal and service is minimal. I stayed there before and will again if needed. It fits the need

The hotel room was too small compare with the price of other hotel. Location of hotel is quite good because nearby have a lot of restaurants. Hotel environment and room was clean. I'm no time use the hotel facilities.

Stayed overnight before a flight from Shanghai. Was allowed to check in quite early and staff were very accommodating. Room was spotless and very well appointed. Shower was quite large and had great water pressure. Bed was super-comfortable and had a great sleep. Breakfast was excellent with a good range of pastries, coffee/teas/juices and hot and cold foods. The location is excellent with local malls, convenience and food shops, and is only 5 minutes to the local metro stop if you want to travel into Shanghai for sightseeing. Overall, I would very highly recommend for short stays.
