We stayed here for a business trip in May and everything was good, location relatively close to airport so it was easy.

Sisley was great. Gave me precise directions and a complimentary upgrade. Very good service and room was spacious, clean and very nice.

Absolutely my favorite- the staff was so accommodating - they got me a private driver and helped me with everything. I will come back just because I felt like they were family,

Shuttle Service from the Disneyland to the hotel, it was not communicated which place the bus will stay at least there have maybe around 100 busses we was not able to find the right bus after call the Hotel where the bus will stay we got the I formation the bus leave already 22:05.

For the Pudong airport travel was nearly,with shuttle service from both,great service and good room,King Zhou was helpful and do a good job for us!

20 min away from the Airport Pudong. No restaurant around but the next big shopping mall is 15 min by taxi away. No pool. Gym 24h available. Breakfast mixed chinese and western.

Great hotel. This is the second time I’ve booked this hotel and I have two more trips already booked it. There is only one irritating thing. Is extremely small, but nevertheless, royal pain in the butt. The toilet paper dispenser is located at the back wall in the restroom very difficult to reach without turning around to retrieve toilet paper.

Fine, but the room did not feel worth the price. The room was dated and dark - it needs an upgrade. The breakfast was very good though.

The bar was closed at 9pm. The only restaurant still open has low stocks of wine. Ended up walking down the road and eating local. Missed breakfast that we had paid for due to flight time so cannot rate that. No porters available. It was quite overpriced for “help yourself”. Free shuttle to the airport was excellent

Great place to stay if you visiting Disney, far from everything else though. The staff are friendly , the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Only downside is there is construction happening across the street which you hear from 7am and children shouting in the corridor from 7am , no fault of the hotel though. Other than those two things , we had a good stay.
