Ji Hotel (Shanghai Lujiazui World Plaza)

The service is very good. The front desk is very enthusiastic and delayed my check-out. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The facilities are very good. The room is very quiet and soundproof. It is very cost-effective and close to the subway station. It is worth staying.

A hotel with super high cost performance! Whether it is the location of the hotel, the attitude and help of the front desk, or the newness and oldness of the facilities and the hotel, it is really great! The hotel opened in 2020. Although it has been almost 4 years, the hotel is still very new! The room I stayed in was a windowless room, but it didn’t affect it at all. On the contrary, it felt more warm and quiet, and mosquitoes couldn’t get in 🤭! The front desk staff were very professional, nice, and polite! It was completely a five-star service! Ms. Lin helped me check in: super quick and thoughtful! According to the needs I described, she helped me choose the most suitable room, and then quickly helped me check in. This experience really made me very satisfied! (I guess she has been in this position for a long time, and she patiently answered many questions for me, and everything was solved smoothly after I checked in!) Finally, the location of the hotel is really amazing! If you take the subway, you don’t have to go up to the ground, the underground is also accessible! When you get out of Exit 3, you don't need to go up, you can just turn into the bright passage on the right, which is the B1 floor, and then take the elevator directly to the 3rd floor, which is the hotel reception! There is a shopping mall downstairs, with everything! It is super convenient even if you stay for a month!

The room is very clean and the transportation is very convenient. You can take Metro Line 2 directly from Hongqiao Railway Station and walk to the hotel in three minutes from Exit 3. It is also very close to the center of Lujiazui. Later I found that you can reach the subway ticket gate directly from the underground floor of the hotel. I will stay here again next time.
