The staff Lin Feng was very helpful and welcoming when we arrived at the hotel. He saw that we had a lot of luggages and offer us a bigger room for our convenience. He even showed us the room. He could also help us a lot because he could speak English well. The room was nice and quiet. Everything was there what you need even a gym and free laundry is available.

Really nice hotel, location is central and amazing!
Staff was really helpful during the whole stay. It was easy communicating with them through Wechat (the translation feature was really helpful). Big thanks to Yaoyao especially. Near many restaurants and coffeeshops and Nanjing road was just behind.

Xiaolei and Xianyi were very nice at the reception, we appreciated the good service. The hotel is in a good location. The room is clean. Breakfast has chinese and western options.

The hotel is very clean, and the room has a modern, cozy design.
The lobby is stunning — especially the glass-roof area where you can enjoy beautiful natural light.
All staff were helpful; when I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the air conditioner, someone came to assist me right away.
Special thanks to Lin Feng at the check-out counter for being so friendly and providing great recommendations.

Everything was perfect, a wonderful location near Nanjing Road, atmospheric design with cinematic references; my floor was dedicated to Kar-wai's In the Mood for Love.
Special thanks to the hotel staff, especially Yaoyao, who helped me return rented power bank, which I simply couldn't find a place to return before my flight. She contacted customer support and returned it. Thank you so much for very kind help!
