We are tourists from Italy visiting Shanghai for the first time.
Very beautiful hotel located in a strategic position in Shanghai, very near to Nanjing Road and People's Square. The room was big and comfortable with all service needed, water bottles provided everyday for free as well as tooth brush.
I strongly suggest this hotel for anyone wishing to stay in Shanghai, both for short or long trips!

We have a good stay here. Mr. Lin Feng help us a lot during stay. The family room is very big with good queen size of beds. So comfy. The bathroom and toilet are so good and clean. The hotel has good amenities and they have good coffee and tea. All good here. We will be back again.

The hotel is convenient and easy to find. The staff is so kind and always made an extra effort to help and speak in English , special thanks to Lin Feng for his tremendous help. They also gave me a small gift as I left. The room was quiet and cool. And I genuinely had an amazing night sleep. The bathroom is a bit small but I’m not complaining. The gym is fully equipped with all the basic machines one would need. There was a beautiful patio area where you can sit and read or enjoy the sun. The laundry room is open 24/7 and has many machines that you don’t have to wait that long. Overall great experience 10/10 would recommends

We only stayed at this hotel for 1 night. The location is good, very easy to access the landmarks and MRT stations. The staff is nice, especially Xiao Lei. He is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located downtown near nanjing pedestrian road. Front office Mr lin feng was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection, very neat and spacious room.

Check in is super smooth and easy - the room is spacious and very close to The Bund and Nanjing Road for shopping. Great food and coffee spots everywhere and a stone's throw from People's Park Train Station. The room was clean, well conditioned and comfortable. I would stay here again if I visit Shanghai

We stayed 3 nights at Chalet hotel of Shanghai. It’s very near from shopping street and metro station. Xiao Lei receptionist was very kind and served very nice service. Thank you Chalet hotel and see you soon happily 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
