前台服務員很努力的提供服務，服務態度也很好，提出換房要求也越來越都很積極的配合。但是這個酒店抽煙的人太多了，每個房間都有煙味和酸味，開空調也有煙味，房間內也到處都是污漬。這個價錢一分錢一分貨了。

感覺這個酒店銷售做得真的很**，基本十分鐘調一次價格，第一天入住價格320元，第二天平台上續住價格要370元了，結果按370元平台上下訂單續住了還不行，還要按門市價格補差價到門店掛牌價格！理由是第一天給升過房間了，前台客服口氣強硬，要麼換房間，要麼補差價！不然不給你開房卡！入住體驗真的差！

房卡落在房間，下樓補辦一張，服務員不耐煩的説，丟一張賠50元，千萬別丟了，看都不看我，好像在斥責我你就不應該把房卡忘記在房間。
五星酒店，連鎖酒店住了這麼多，現在還糾結一張房卡的還真是鳳毛麟角，不是賠不起，也不一定會丟，衹是這樣的提醒讓人反感，經營理念都體現在細節，一張房卡對客户都刻薄糾結，誰知道他對待員工會怎麼樣，會對待餐椅質量也會剋扣刻薄，對待衞生的要求是不是能省則省？老闆要好好反思下，房卡真的很貴嗎，真的丟很多嗎!？第一次寫攜程評論就是差評。另外，提醒下，馬桶蓋和馬桶間都是灰塵和臟污！

不愧評價這麼高，可以算是實至名歸了，會推薦給朋友的，就是這個電視發生了什麼？打電話給前台，前台很快就來人了，服務還可以的，6.50就有早餐了，吃的不是很多，但是足夠吃飽了

晚上一點，睡着睡着衞生間地漏開始咕咚咕咚響，完全沒法睡，最後雖然給我們換了房間，但是都已經要凌晨兩點了，換了之後很冷還睡不着，整體體驗很差。
