the lobby recept was wonderful, but others are no good. no free coffee, no roowear and noisy up floor. only one elevator must be not enogh. i do not recommend for business use. atour quality differs depending on the hotels. i do not believe atour brand now.

環境：也不錯，訂的7樓，很安靜哦
服務：服務態度特別好，問啥都會積極迴應！
大堂自助爆米花:很好吃，
深夜自助暖胃粥:想的很周到，玩累了回到酒店，喝點粥睡個好覺！
迪士尼班車接送:早上送，看完煙花直接接回我酒店休息，很方便！

服務：絕對要好評，細心和貼心的服務才是最有温度的！温暖從出發就感受到了，因為廣東大暴雨，航班接機時間一改再改，感謝可愛的花肆小姐姐幫忙留意溝通。前台也都很好，入住之後的需求積極給予解決方案。
環境：房間空間還是可以的，設施滿新的，乾淨舒適沒有異味。
深夜自助暖胃粥: 迪士尼回來吃一碗暖胃粥好舒服！
知道是生日還送了生日蛋糕，下次來迪士尼還是優先選這裏，也會介紹親朋好友入住的。

酒店很好，離地鐵站也很近，我們幾個人到上海的飛機晚點到夜裡快1點，酒店都聯繫了師傅來接機，真的很贊～酒店這邊去迪士尼早晚也有接送班車，這點還挺方便，而且晚上回來晚了，酒店還會安排熱粥，很貼心呢～這次出行最滿意的就是他們家的服務，很值得推薦
