入住很方便，出門就是淮海中路，地鐵很近。 房間的床很舒服。房東溝通很順利，有問必答。我們一行五人， 沒有做飯，白天玩，晚上回來洗澡睡覺，很好的住宿體驗。 因為是江南沿海城市，有些許潮濕痕跡，不過不影響住宿。

看網上介紹選的這家，本來還很擔心，怕到了會不一樣。到了真的不錯，床上用品乾淨舒適，與圖片一致的環境讓人放心、設備很齊全，挺滿意的

房間布草毛巾都很新，很乾凈。下單時沒有注意看到説外面在提升改造，早上6點就開始有點吵了，工人很多有點吵。房間整體來説還好，燒水壺不太好用接觸不好，衞生間淋浴器要修理下有點漏水，希望改進。交通很方便吃飯周邊也很多，離思南路孫中山故居周公館都很近。

位置很好，上海中心地段，但是入住時間應該是上海在外牆裝飾，實在是太吵了，每天都是早上七點就開始裝修了，第一天早上敲牆；第二天早上裝修工人直接放了一桶油漆在窗户邊，導致我們是被薰醒的，特別刺鼻；第三天早上敲牆、電鑽、説話聲音一起來，導致入住幾天沒有一天睡好覺的，第四天我就沒住了，換了一個酒店。給房東也反應了情況，他也表示很抱歉，也投訴過***拋開這個其他的都還挺好的，特別提醒一下，因為這個民宿應該算是在老房子裏面，所以樓梯很陡，也很窄（衹能容納一個人走）都是木質結構的樓梯，沒有電梯。

位置好找，服務很好，讓人覺得很親切，房間乾淨整潔，用品都很全，佈置温馨，住着舒適。而且離地鐵站很近，如果有機會下次來還會住這裏。

是個比較高性價比的民宿。是老房子，不過阿姨收拾得很乾凈，交通也很便利，出門就是公交站，隔壁就是哈爾濱糕點鋪，走幾步路就是便利店和地鐵站，附近的幾個商場有需要可以逛一逛。如果有需要可以在地圖上搜尋華聯超市，掃碼騎自行車去那邊的居民區，有些小餐館水果店和平價超市。房東這邊也很貼心，很好溝通。

房東效率高，秒回訊息，若有任何問題，都會盡快幫我們解決。但是小區在施工，所以早上非常吵雜。不到7點就開始施工，影響睡眠。
