Jinjiang Inn (Shanghai People's Square East Huaihai Road)

The hotel boasts a prime location in Xuhui District, very close to significant historical sites, Xintiandi, Nanjing Road, The Bund, and Yu Garden. Public transportation is easily accessible, and ride-sharing services are readily available. There are plenty of dining options, with restaurants right outside the hotel. The facilities are a bit dated, but this doesn't detract from the aforementioned advantages.

The service was warm and attentive, always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and the environment was quiet and elegant. It offered great value for money and a convenient location for getting around. Overall, it exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel's location is a major plus, with several attractions concentrated nearby, most within an average 15-minute walk, which is super convenient for sightseeing. The standard double room was a bit small but had all the necessary facilities and was kept clean. The service was decent, and there were plenty of dining options in the area. Overall, the value for money is acceptable.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Shanghai. The subway station is just a five-minute walk from the hotel entrance. The hotel itself is a bit old, and the prices were quite high during the summer.

This was my second stay here, and the location is still super convenient. The price is reasonable too. Some of the good restaurants nearby have closed down, but Dahuchun is still there, which is great. Getting around is easy, and the Old Country Chicken downstairs is pretty good. Full marks, full marks, full marks!

The lighting in the room was a bit dim and mostly yellow-toned. The air conditioning unit was quite old and took several tries to turn on or off. Out of two bedside tables, only one had a charging outlet, which was very inconvenient. There were only disposable paper cups, no ceramic or glass ones. The bathroom was very small, the faucet switch was a bit noisy, and the toilet flush wasn't very powerful. The room's soundproofing was also quite poor. On the positive side, having a fridge in the room was great, though it might get a bit noisy at night. The hotel's location is good, making it convenient to visit various attractions, and the service attitude was also decent. Hope for further improvements.

Plus, it's about a 15-minute walk to the Bund to enjoy the night view. However, for the price, the hotel's facilities are a bit old and dated.
