房子的位置很好找，位置很方便，到哪都挺近的。房間也很舒適，乾淨整潔，晚上休息挺安靜的，推薦大家入住。

房間在市中心，地理位置特別好。出門就是愚園路，附近很多好吃好玩的。房東人很好，溝通下來完全沒有問題，我們因為有事情耽擱導致了退房延遲，房東也沒有介意，和後面的租客協商好了。
房子很好找，面積不大但裝修風格精緻漂亮。衞生間很乾凈，還提供了一次性浴巾。床鋪和沙發的被單也沒有異味，保潔人員都是每天按時定點打掃的。
外賣都可以直接送到房間門口，很方便，這個價格能住到這樣的優質房源性價比真的很高，推薦大家來入住！！！

在入住的時候，然後發現沒有蚊香，跟房東説了之後，房東立刻就給點了外賣，這個還是很棒的，台階的嘛，確實很有老上海的風格，爬着有一點點費勁，但是上來之後還是不錯的。

✨[進入房間第一眼]寬敞明亮，房間放了好聞香薰，空間清新自然又舒適。
🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東人不錯，快速回應需求。感覺跟我一樣是個i人😂
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]提供一次性浴巾、拖鞋，非常nice
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]交通很便利，600米左右就有地鐵和公交車，去哪都方便。老大昌麪包店就在附近。南昌路，思南路那邊建築不錯，上海的街道很乾凈，很適合走走逛逛。
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]衞生間換氣扇好像卡住了，沒敢動，怕掰壞了。不過衞生間有窗開開通氣還是很好的。
冬天的上海房間裏比街上冷，夜間空調開太久影響睡眠（我睡眠障礙，用電暖比較輕鬆😄

房子就在淮海路光明村隔壁，每天可以看到無數人排隊。地理位置不用説，去哪裡都特別方便。房間裏缺什麼都可以跟房東和客服説，馬上就能滿足需要。房東還重新換了幾盆綠植，很周到。老房子樓梯比較陡，如果有行李的話上下樓梯稍稍有些不方便。總體入住很愉快。唯一小小的可以注意的地方就是老房子的痕跡比較明顯，如果住慣酒店或者新房的人可能會不習慣。如果可以做一次徹底的大掃除可能會更好。
地理位置和服務滿分。價格也很合理。推薦喜歡老房子和喜歡到處逛的朋友選擇這家。

很棒啊，這個是我們找了很久的酒店訂的了，屬於是小小撿漏，離地鐵站很近，旁邊就是x11，簡直是二次元狂喜！對面還有很大的潮牌商場，年輕的朋友不要錯過。
