We would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel is very stylish and the food is always fresh. Not to mention the comfortable beds. The service was amazing especially from Lyren who works at the front desk. He was very professional, easy goingand always shows her smile. Good value for family travel especially the double beds and fully equipped kitchen. Hotel is a bit old and the bathroom sliding door needs a replacement. I was almost trapped in the bathroom when the sliding door was jammed. Managed to squeeze myself out from the gap. Maintenance guy was quick in responding but couldn’t fix the problem onsite. We ended up having an open bathroom with four inmates 🙁. Location wise is good, metro is next door, there are many eateries within walking distance.

My family had stayed for 3 nights on New Year 2023/2024 trip. It was wonderful place to stay with warm hospitality and clean room. Great breakfast line and cooking food station. Noodle dish was my recommend. In door swimming pool was big enough for children and safe with a lifeguard. It was fantastic.

I enjoyed my stay at Amara. They staff are friendly and the lobby is beautifully decorated for Christmas. I was a bit concerned about the temperature in the room, since it’s a high floor. Also, I was given a room with a conjoined wall / door so the noise level from my neighbors was a bit annoying. But mostly a great place to stay!
