Can't say anything bad, except no air conditioning (at the time I went) so I had to sleep with the windows open and that made it really loud. The personnel is really friendly and helpful and some speak English, they were nice enough to give me breakfast (upon request-nothing fancy) even before the time it was scheduled.

I saw it was a newly opened hotel and I happened to live nearby. I had friends coming over so I booked a room to try it out. The stay was very good and comfortable. The shower room equipment was all brand-name and the toilet was smart and equipped with alcohol swabs. It was very clean and considerate.
