We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was very accommodating to our needs and didn‘t hesitate to help. We even got a free upgrade. That was wonderful! Thank you especially to Xiao Yu, who was always available when we had questions and very helpful in making our Shangri-La trip a success. The hotel is located ideally - basically in old town but still reachable by car. The room was traditional *******, very quiet and had a great view. Would definitely recommend! 😃
