The place is amazing, the view from the room is incredible and the host is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

A basic hotel, good location. It was not easy to find. The inn was hidden behind other buildings on the main road. It was snowing when we stayed, the room insulation was not perfect, so make sure to use the heater and the electric blanket. Due to the high altitude and cold weather, bathing was not encouraged, so make sure to come prepared.

It is easy to reach by taxi. Madame of hotel offered me hot tea and also breakfast for free. But doing laundry is pretty complicated in the hotel.

Perfect location just on the outskirts of the old town. The room is big and very cute. The door can't be closed tightly (due to the original design of the building) but you have a heater, heated blanket and a heated toilet seat to keep you warm 😉 Friendly and competent staff. One thing to keep in mind: when it is cold outside, this inn uses wood for its oven, so you might smell burnt wood in your room. That nevertheless didn't spoil our experience! Highlights recommended. Also, nice view from the terrace!

Pros: The owner is very nice and will help you as much as possible. The hotel itself was once home to a local family and is set back away from all the noise of the main square. It’s still in the old city and close to places to eat, bars, etc. Newly renovated rooms, bathroom, and shower. Everything is clean. There are heated blankets on the bed for when it’s cold. Cons: Hard mattress (it’s tolerable though). Bathrooms are apart so you need an umbrella to get there when it’s raining. No lockers in the shared room and you can’t lock the door, so you have to carry all valuables with you. The hotel front door is left open, even when no one is there. Suggestion: If someone is staying in the hotel, leave the lights on in the courtyard and walkway so we aren’t coming back in the dark. That would greatly improve the experience.

Excellent facilities, clean room with good heating facilities in bed, bathroom and WC. Although the temperature was freezing during my trip in the night, never had the difficulties. The facility manager is charming and helpful and very polite. I had a good stay at this place and would recommend all. Location is convenient and is approachable by taxis and public transport is just a walkable distance.

Excellent location! Owner is very lovely, discuss well with you and offers tea. Shower and WC (western toilet, not squat toilet) are very clean. I even did a laundry for 20RMB

The guesthouse is located in a convenient location near a small market, restaurateurs, and the main square (go at night for public dancing). The guesthouse has a rustic charm with nice decor, garden, and areas to sit outside in nice weather. The hosts are helpful and welcoming. They provide fruit and water on request. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a TV in the larger rooms with a queen bed. Warm blankets are provided as well as an electric blanket for cooler nights. Overall the guesthouse is a very good choice for a few nights stay.

We booked a smart cabin with a view, but the view was on the roof with laundry. All in all, it was a nice stay taking into account how much it costs.
