A beautiful, quiet, neat inn owned by a kind and hospitable couple. Shangri-La winters can be very cold, the owners ensured maximum warmth with heated flooring, additional heating by providing a heater, blankets, etc. The Inn is situated in the heart of the Ancient Town. The inn is clean, tidy, and above all quiet and tranquil. If I am ever in Shangri-La again I will definitely book this inn.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The bathroom is clean and roomy. There are many restaurants and supermarkets very close by. We really enjoyed our stay here as the lady running this hotel is very kind and helpful.

My only complaint is that the walls are very thin and it got very noisy one night because of some very rude neighbors. Every night there is also loud music playing in the square next to the guesthouse for dancing that lasts until 9 PM. The lounge area downstairs is also a little messy. However, the rooms are PERFECT 😊 So well designed, cozy, and spacious. I loved coming back to my room to relax and warm up after a long day of sightseeing. For the price, it's really the best place to stay in Shangrila city. It's at the perfect location in the center of the old town, but right around the corner from a street with car access, and just down the hill from Baiji Temple. I was so happy to find this place. One of the managers also gave me her WeChat contact and answered a million questions I had, giving me great advice on how to spend my time. As long as the other guests staying at the hotel are courteous, you'll have a lovely stay for sure!

The colleagues at the inn were very kind. We couldn't find a car and our colleagues came out to take us in. The room was spacious, the bed had electric heating pads, and the floor had floor heating. They were very considerate. We stayed for two nights in total. Away, highly recommended to everyone.

After staying for two nights, it rained all the time in Shangri-La and my clothes couldn't be dried. I was worried that my children would catch a cold, so the boss even provided oil tincture. The B&B has a small yard full of flowers, and I really like the peaceful and relaxing feeling. It was very quiet. Although I lived on the first floor near the street, the windows were double-layered, so I slept very well. The key is that when traveling with children, the bed is very wide and the stay is very comfortable.

The hotel room is quite big. I especially like their yard. Tired from walking around during the day. In the afternoon, I went to the boss to drink free Pu'er tea. We went out to visit many places that we didn't understand, and the boss was busy helping us contact us to charter a car. After comparison, it is much cheaper than what we asked outside. Really good.
