房間燈光特別暗，一點都不明亮，連個落地燈都沒有！背景都已經發黴了！隔音好差😦睡到半夜都不知隔壁廁所是漏氣還是漏水，吵到睡不着！需要改善！

服務：住過上百次酒店 這一家酒店算是數一數二服務差到離譜的程度
第一天晚上到了酒店門口，打算停車卸下行李，保安大叔不分青紅皂白就過來嗶哩吧啦用潮汕話一頓説我不能停車在門口，我説我停一下放行李就開走去停車場。
其次，噪音問題，酒店二三四五六層就是個商務KTV，劣質音響大聲噪音無法入眠！
房間配置的礦泉水，很小瓶，大概是350毫升的，然後起床口渴，向客房部要兩瓶水，卻被告知不續住礦泉水要額外收費！到這裏我已經無語了，什麼星級酒店民宿都不至於這種服務，我不差那十塊八塊買礦泉水，是服務意識！真的太差了！
這家酒店，算是給潮汕地區丟臉了，熱情好客是潮汕人的傳統，但是在這家酒店，我完全感受不到，從入住到退房，沒有感受到任何的新年祝福，任何一個微笑，遇到我投訴的問題，前台小哥衹會跟我説，他是實習生！真的厲害👍

周边環境非常好，洒店房間也很舒適，但因為有KTV的音響比較大可能隔音差，有很大改善空間。早餐就真的有点兒差。
