"Five-star service. I was worried that the infrastructure might be dated and old, but the rooms were clean and the staff provided warm hospitality during our stay. My elderly parents and grandma enjoyed their stay, especially since it is near the market where the locals go. Away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, but close enough when you ride-hail. The staff also helped me retrieve my parcels that were sent to the hotel, and get quotes for transport to Chaozhou (eventually did not use as I know another driver who charges cheaper). Overall, pleasant experience."

"The room was big enough. Free coffee and tea at lobby. Drinking water supply was sufficient. Breakfast was good with many varieties. Surprisingly the hotel was giving out free lollipops for children.It was a pleasant stay. Especially, the receptionists were helpful by providing the information that we needed. At the same time, I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Ms. Joey and Mia who were patiently and politely to reply my requests. Will definitely stay again if I go Shantou in the future."
