The front desk service was excellent and very responsive. It's conveniently located just 1km from the Pearl River and 2km from Longyan South Road. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shantou! 🤗"

"First off, I have to commend them for the excellent service of a free room upgrade during the off-season. The room was also very clean. The concierge was very responsive to all our needs. The only thing to note for those driving is to confirm with the property management about the parking fee – you only need to pay once a day. The hotpot restaurant recommended by the hotel was also great. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Also, delivery drivers here don't come upstairs, so make sure to pick up your food promptly if you order in."

The butler gave a detailed introduction to our room, and there was even someone dedicated to showing us around the local attractions. I genuinely recommend this place."

The furniture and equipment in the rooms show clear signs of wear and tear, which significantly detracts from the overall experience. The service, too, was only so-so; there's definitely room for improvement in staff responsiveness and attitude. I hope the hotel can update its facilities and improve its service soon, as that would significantly enhance the guest experience."
