We booked the Octonauts themed room, and my child absolutely loved seeing all the dolls. The room even came with a themed mini-shoulder bag. The room and facilities were pretty standard. I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was served until noon. There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby, especially the goose rice and congee places. It's also quite close to Aofei Plaza. If you don't feel like walking or taking a taxi, you can just grab a shared e-scooter on the street and explore the area.

The hotel's breakfast restaurant was decent, and the service from Vitti/Lisa was wonderfully warm and personal. It truly felt like a mutual exchange of warmth. I'll definitely come back if I have the chance!

The hotel staff's demeanor was quite refreshing. It seemed like even the management, all sharply dressed in suits, were actively involved in providing service! Vitti/Lisa from the breakfast restaurant and Yan Shan were proactive and helpful with our inquiries, which was a very positive experience! [Strong]

The two ladies at the front desk were exceptionally helpful, and they even offered sweet soup in the evening. The hygiene was also very good, and the soundproofing was relatively decent – at least I could sleep in without being disturbed by the neighbors. My only minor complaint is that the cleaning staff would sometimes chat loudly in the hallway. On our last day, the housekeeper only made my friend's bed, leaving mine unmade. It looked like they started cleaning but had to leave in a hurry for some emergency. Otherwise, everything else was quite good.

The room was very clean, and the service from Rong and Xia at the restaurant was excellent.

The room isn't big, pretty typical for a traditional hotel. The lobby, however, is quite grand. The bedding is comfortable. It's very close to Chenghai's food street, making it easy to pop downstairs for a meal without having to deal with the crowds in the old city, which is great.

This hotel is quite famous in Chenghai. Both the rooms and service are excellent, and the breakfast is good too. Plus, there's a whole street of delicious food right downstairs – you absolutely have to try the local famous Lion Head Goose!
