Very old hotel. Maybe not old, but conditions looks like 50+ years old. Сockroaches in the room (Тараканы в комнате). Just one positive thing - price per night... But better to pay more and stay in good and more new hotel.

The standard room is very old and the lighting is very dim. The business room was later replaced with newer equipment and the bed is more comfortable. However, the door is not soundproof and it is very noisy when someone talks at the door. Do not stay near the elevator.

I booked the trip in advance for the convenience of going to Nan'ao and staying in Chenghai District. I thought the chain hotel facilities must be OK, but this time it was a bad review. There was no hot water for showering all night. The weather was so hot that I didn't even take a shower. I called the front desk. The phone said just turn on the switch but it didn't work at all. I won't stay at this chain store again next time.

Hygiene is extremely poor. Stayed for 5 nights and there was no hot water. The hotel attendant asked me to turn on all the faucets for 15 minutes and check again. It's such a waste of water and I'm completely speechless. When staying in a hotel, if you want to use hot water, you have to open all the faucets for 15 minutes. They also said that they would help me upgrade to a hotel where I don’t have to wait for hot water. I would need to pay an extra 60 yuan per night. Damn it. Definitely a bad review.
