The temperature dropped on the day we stayed. The air conditioner was very loud and didn't heat up after being turned on for a long time. The front desk replied that it was because the main control of the air conditioner was turned off. There was nothing they could do if the guests were cold. Secondly, the three windows of the parent-child room were close to the elevated road and the road, which was very, very noisy. According to the hotel, all parent-child rooms were in this location, so there was no way to change rooms. Who knows the experience of being woken up at 6 o'clock in the morning when staying in a hotel, and being disturbed by the horns in the room in the afternoon so that you couldn't rest and had to hide away. In short, a 500 hotel is not worth it at all

When checking in, I asked Ctrip that it said I could upgrade to a room type and it had been confirmed. The front desk said there was no room upgrade. Is Ctrip lying to me?
The hotel facilities are outdated and the breakfast is dispensable.
What’s even weirder is that the toothbrush is losing all its hair.
