🙋[對於房東，我想説]老闆回覆很快 入住前就把民宿的路線圖發過來了 態度超好

🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]設施一應俱全 差不多拎包就能入住（雖然我出門習慣什麼東西都帶好）
🏖[入住期間我去過的景點有]小公園是真的小.. 民宿附近有一家 叔釀音樂清吧 很不錯（強推特調邁泰） 一杯潮茶味道還可以吧

第一次去汕頭，沒想到住到這麼貼心的民宿。房東人很好，想的十分周到，準備了那麼多的飲用水。來之前把房屋的地址發的那叫一個詳細。可能樓房沒那麼新，正好體會一下老汕頭人的居住體驗嘛。而且樓下就是小公園美食街，方便的很。停車也很方便。下次再來汕頭一定再住這裏。

房子的位置是很好的，也容易找，衞生也可以。但是房子真的比較舊，卧室的門鎖有問題，一大早長者家被鎖在裏面出不來，我們還要找鄰居借了工具才把門打開，還好LG是個技工，要不都要報警求救了！

是樓梯老房子，位置超級好，樓下街對面就是小公園步行街入口，夜晚安靜。
