Price is good but it can not justify the dirty washroom and the flooring. We don't feel comfortable staying there and try not to touch anything.

We all together 3 couples checked in 3 hotel rooms at Jinjiang Inn at Shantou 20-22 Dec 2023. We should thumbs up to the on-duty gentleman/manager with a technician who offered his kind service to open up a faulty locked travel baggage belonged to our team-mate after we checked in. Although the hotel is not in the busy city center, it is near to public bus stations for 10 minute ride to Shantou famous old business district /小公园 packed with visitors . We also found that the stall opposite the hotel offered delicious braised pork at very reasonable prices ! Also, we are thankful to the young lady on-duty at the reception for her quick response to our request for a SUV that took us to Chaozhou on 22 Dec. The decent Chinese breakfast at the hotel was acceptable if not compared to 4/5-star rated. Overall we were happy during our stay at Jinjiang Inn Shantou

Very helpful reception, unable to book their local DiDi,and they will help to accomplish it, hotel location is splendid as it near to 小公园，and surrounding the area there’s lot of local food , taste and price is so local! Super highly recommended!!!

1. The bathroom door is broken
2. It was not cleaned up. The leftover toothpaste used by the last person was still left in the shower.
2. The two-in-one shower gel and shampoo is not easy to squeeze.
3. The toilet in the high-voltage room stinks and the TV cannot be turned on. There is still a towel on the toilet when you come in.
4. There is a strange sound when the faucet is turned on and off. This should not scare you if you live there.
The service was okay as soon as I said it was OK.

Traveling to Shantou on weekends, I chose this hotel on Ctrip because it is very close to a small park, and it is only 5 minutes walk from the Internet celebrity Wuji Beef Hot Pot Restaurant.
