I went to Shantou from Heyuan. The overall is very good. I feel that the hotel in Shantou is so cheap and the decoration is brand new. The receptionist lady has a very good service attitude. The hotel facilities are very new and complete. The quilt is very comfortable. I live on the 8th floor so I don’t Will be very noisy and quiet, very good, next time I have a chance to live

設施：跟圖片一點都不符合！很差的酒店，居民樓改造的，酒店很舊！
衞生：衞生也很差，臟兮兮的，很不乾淨，到處都是灰層，睡得一點都不舒服，真的垃圾！
環境：跟高鐵站一點都不近，而且很偏僻的，不建議任何人來煮這個酒店！
服務：服務態度這個真的很差真差！27號晚上凌曾三點到，又下大雨，去到酒店夠前台一副黑臉得，真的無語了，還很大聲吼我？你禮貌嗎？得罪你了嗎？欠了你幾百萬的樣子，真的太噁心了這個前台，不得不給差評！真的大家來汕頭玩真的不要住這個，真的不要，真的不要，聽勸把家人們！環境不好，態度不好！真的會很影響旅遊的心情！有這種服務員真的影響整個酒店……

真的一點都不好！！！這是我第一次給差評，在汕頭這邊旅遊一直都很開心，從南澳回來選擇了這一家離高鐵站近的住宿，一進去卡槽放個卡直接中間都壞掉了，卡直接都能掉出來，插電的地方殼子也翹起來了，本來都沒覺得有什麼，房間裏衹有四個衣架，我們需要洗衣服，晾乾，結果打電話問想都沒想就給我們説沒得衣架，還是那麼大個酒店咋會幾個衣架都拿不出來，我直接去微信問，結果給我説房滿了沒有了，我在平台上看還剩有房間就開始又另一個説辭，我不知道是真的前台不想動還是真沒有，後面用吹風機也是，差的要命，吹一會太燙了就用不了了，我給前台説能麻煩送上來嗎，我們都洗漱好了衣服也洗了不方便，直接説喊我們自己必須下來拿，拿不上來，説衹有一個人，不知道的你們家晚上又好大個生意做不完，上個電梯也要命得很，反正住宿體驗非常差，大家選擇請三思！！！
