The hotel forced us to check out at 1:30 or pay extra. What kind of international service is this? The environment is seriously polluted and the hygiene is extremely poor. I hope the relevant depar**ents will investigate as soon as possible. The customer service staff should be replaced with people with good character and culture. I booked it just to watch the British singing and dancing. It is 900 meters away. The hotel is really old. The elevator door pinches people. There is a smell of cigarettes in the room. There is also a parking fee. If there were no other options, I really wouldn't book it.
