Shantou Hotels with Airport pickup service

My only go to Hotel in Shantou. Stayed there for at-least 6 times. Good customers focus service from staff service from bell hop , reception, housekeeping to Sheraton Club’s GROs. Especially Ms Leung , Eleven for their assistance & attention to my family. Suggest that hotel interiors need upgrading & to start upgrading soon to retain long term customers. . Definitely will be back.

We highly recommend Shantou International Hotel. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel room has all the modern and necessary amenities. No need to bring adaptor and there is plenty USB ports. The hotel itself has many restaurants providing quality and variety. We dine at the Taichi dim sum restaurant...very nice. Hotel is 15mins from Shantou Railway station, making it convenient for those coming from high speed rail. It is within walking distance from Longyan food street and major shopping centres ie Mixc and Sunning. It is also near to tourist attractions. Most of all, we are so impressed with the staff. They are professional, proactive, helpful and warm. This is consistent throughout all levels of the staff. The reception staff even come out of the counter to help us with the Alipay app. Shantou has no subway so very important to be able to use the app to hail taxi. Thank you Shantou international hotel and especially its staff, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable 😀

This hotel was amazing. It had a great big outdoor pool, fantastic amenities, many restaurants, spa. Honestly for this price, it exceeded my expectations.

Hotel was previously known as Meritus, location is near 2 shopping complexes just a short 10 min walk away, only sad thing is furniture look a little tired after years without major renovation, breakfast is ok with lot of choices catering to both locals & foreigners.

The hotel room is very spacious, the daily toiletries are complete, very considerate, the room is very comfortable, the bed is very soft and very comfortable to sleep on, the breakfast is also very rich, I like Chaoshan soup noodles the most, very fresh and sweet. Parking is also very convenient, the whole building can be parked, the parking space is very sufficient, the beef hot pot on the floor tastes very delicious, this Chaoshan trip is very satisfactory, food, accommodation and transportation are all very good!

The surrounding environment is good, transportation is convenient, and shopping is convenient. Facilities: Older, the air conditioner is a bit noisy. Hygiene: Clean, with a bit of cigarette smell. Service: The service attitude is good and they try their best to meet the needs.

This hotel was originally the reception hotel of the Shantou Municipal Government, and it was not open to the public before. This time when I came to Shantou for business, my cousin moved into his new house in Beishan Bay, so he introduced us to live in this government hotel near his home. So I canceled the hotel I originally booked in the urban area and booked here instead. After staying here, I feel that it is worth it. The hotel is very new, with complete facilities, and there is a lot of space for walking and viewing.

A very good hotel, a good place to rest, it is very quiet even on the 2nd floor, and the hygiene is very clean. I arrived at 1 o'clock in the morning, and the handsome guys and beautiful girls at the front desk still helped me arrange everything so late!

The hotel's suite upgrade experience is excellent, especially for first-time guests. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the decoration is modern and elegant, and the overall service of the hotel is meticulous and thoughtful.

There is a ribbon factory behind the hotel, which works 24 hours a day and is a bit noisy. After communicating with the front desk, it was much better to move to the front. The hotel staff are very friendly and always say hello when they meet. The breakfast options are a bit limited. However, it’s more affordable and overall it’s okay. No photos taken
