Shantou Hotels with Airport pickup service

The impression was we booked 4 rooms and we got all on the same floor, adjacent to one another. The twin room bed was 4 ft size - loved it. The location was perfect, close to two shopping malls and lots of restaurants nearby. The gym and swimming pool were great too. The minus was only the air conditioner was not sufficiently cool in some of our rooms, and it couldn't go colder even we adjusted the lowest temperature.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of a small park. There are many old shops around, so you can eat and drink as you like, and takeout is also very convenient. Newly renovated, the bathroom is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk lady is very nice and upgraded the room. The only drawback is that the sound insulation of the room is not very good. But this is very cost-effective.

Overall it is good, great location with many eateries nearby. Staffs are helpful and friendly. The problem is the odor of cigarettes in the room and lobby. The no smoking sign and the amenities like ash tray existing in the same space are contradicting each other.

Not too far from the attractions. But not sure if they were peak hours when we called for didi, the cost for transport is slightly higher compared to other places we went in china. Centralised air condition with heavy smell of cigarettes, we decided to off the aircond to have a good sleep at night. Breakfast is the best thing during our stay. They served various of local foods.

The environment and service are really good. It's worth my time to book a hotel for one night. The location is also excellent. It's at the entrance of Zhenbang Food Street. There's a small park across the road on the left side of the door. On the right side is the Shantou Hotel check-in and the post office. It's a unique experience to stroll around this century-old city! I will come again next time. It's worth recommending, cost-effective, and clean.

Check-in is also very convenient. Because it is a platinum member, there is no deposit. Facilities: Entering the room from the public area, the facilities are very new throughout the whole process. There are Xiaodu intelligent control system, heated intelligent toilet, induction floor lamp, etc. in the room, which is very user-friendly and suitable for the elderly to get up at night. Bamboo elements run through every detail, new Chinese style, and the elders like it very much. Hygiene: During the use, I carefully looked at everywhere, and the hygiene was done very well. Even the elders with cleanliness at home felt it was very clean. Because the room type booked was given two breakfasts, breakfast buffet, a combination of Chinese and Western, rich variety, fresh and delicious. In addition, we have some additional small requests and can also actively and enthusiastically assist in the service, warm heart, thumbs up! Pure passers-by tourists, realistic evaluation, this is indeed a treasure hotel worth staying in!

The hotel has good parking. It is in a good location. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and they will deliver using meituan. The TV channels are all the major Chinese stations, with CGTN being the only English speaking channel. The gym and pool are located on the 3rd floor. The gym is a proper gym and has plenty of equipment. I didn't use the pool but it looked like a proper 25 meter long pool. Gym and pool are free to hotel users. The hotel was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. I would recommend this hotel to any staying in Shantou.

we extend our stay for this hotel also because the staff are very friendly especially front desk Lisa who go out of her busy work to pattiently get a didi for us and recommend us to Zhujinag lu for the meishiijie is really amazing. we are very ompressed with her helpful wotk attitude always smiling and kind. breakfast is tasty.

This is a relatively new hotel with high tech facilities that amaze us. Very interesting experience for us. Location is in the center of eateries. You name it, they got it. Bed is very comfortable and furniture is also nice. We are from Canada that we have problems using WeChat pay and Alipay, but Mr. Lam, General Manager of the hotel, go out of his way to solve our problems, hiring a car with driver to tour around the cities and attractions, and finally called a Chinese Uber to take us to the train station. We are truly grateful of his to help whenever he could. Overall, we enjoy the three nights stay very much and would recommend this hotel to visitors touring this city.

This hotel was amazing. It had a great big outdoor pool, fantastic amenities, many restaurants, spa. Honestly for this price, it exceeded my expectations.
