Oriental Grand Hotel Shaoxing

The hotel's location is right next to Cool Play Kingdom, and you can see the entire park from your room. The room is very large, luxurious, clean, and hygienic. It has a 2-meter king-size bed and a desk. The bathroom is also very spacious, featuring a smart toilet with a backrest, which is a thoughtful touch. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area and an independent vanity. An iron is also provided, making it convenient to iron clothes. Breakfast is abundant with a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. There are even special plates for children. This hotel is suitable for both business trips and family vacations.

I think the scenery here is great, and the soundproofing is decent too. I didn't have breakfast, but the lobby felt grand and impressive. I'd definitely consider booking here again.

The rooms were spacious and clean, parking was convenient, and the receptionist, Wang Yue, provided excellent service. It was great value for money and I highly recommend staying here. My child loved it; the themed family room was very comfortable for the little one. The breakfast was plentiful, and the package ticket we bought together with the water park ticket was fantastic. The child had a great time, and when they got tired, we could go straight back to the hotel without having to go outside – so convenient! Highly recommended!

This trip exceeded my expectations. Although the hotel was a bit old, it was well-equipped, with children's slippers and towels provided. The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality, and the hotel was very clean. There was a small hiccup at the beginning, but it was quickly resolved, and they even changed our room. The children's tent and pillows were newer and cleaner than those in other hotels costing over 1000 RMB. Bottled water was free and delivered quickly. When we went to the mountain park, we didn't have our tickets and asked the staff if we needed to exchange them at the lobby. Seeing that I had my child with me, the staff proactively contacted us via WeChat, avoiding any unnecessary trouble. The Mountain Kingdom was perfect for our child, who is just over one meter tall, and had a lot of fun activities. The National Defense Education Experience Hall was a favorite for our son, who said he wanted to come back. My only suggestion is that all four pillows in the room should be high; two high and two low would be even better.

I'd give it a good review. Before coming, I saw quite a few negative reviews online. Personally, I found the room very nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is a bit old, so some facilities have been updated, and some are missing, but that doesn't affect usability. The resort area wasn't very popular, so there were fewer staff. Except for the water park, the other two parks were less crowded. Actually, the quality isn't bad. I suggest better updates and promotion.

The room smelled strongly of sewage as soon as you entered, which was very unpleasant. It was also unclean, with a lot of dust. Breakfast was a mess, like a vegetable market, with dishes not being cleared promptly and the order being very poor. The Water Kingdom was okay, but the Mountain Kingdom was completely uninteresting and only suitable for kindergarten children and younger. In short, it was extremely poor value for money.

The service at Oriental Landscape Hotel is very good. The environment is beautiful and comfortable. We were also given a free room upgrade, which is very suitable for family travel. The hotel has 3 parks: Mountain Kingdom Cool Play Park and Water Park are not open yet. I recommend the outdoor Cool Play Park.
