Rixos Premium Seagate

I am very surprised that this hotel has such high ratings. It definitely doesn't deserve such ratings. After staying twice at Rixos Premium Belek, I hoped that there was such a thing as Rixos quality, but unfortunately this hotel successfully dissuaded me from this belief. Almost everything is wrong with Rixos Seagate Sharm El Sheikh. Let me start by noting that there are actually two hotels separated by a highway. Closer to the sea there is the proper Rixos Premium, on the other side of the road - Rixos Aqua. I was not informed about this when I booked my stay and ended up in the Aqua part, which is newer, but the rooms are also slightly cheaper. The staff assured me that shuttle buses run between both parts every 10 minutes, passing under the expressway. They do run, but not always every 10 minutes and often during rush hours they are overcrowded and you have to wait for the next one. It is poorly organized and is a major inconvenience. We spent the second half of our stay in a room in Rixos proper. Compared to this, the rooms in Aqua are larger and newer, but have a lot of construction defects, while those in the second part are smaller and already worn out. There are also mosquitoes in the rooms, which the staff can't really deal with because the repellent in the socket doesn't work on them. However, what is the worst in this hotel is the food. The quality of the food is very low, everything is either dry, under-seasoned, tasteless. There seems to be plenty of food and a very large selection, but there is nothing tasty. You can actually skip breakfast altogether. Considering Rixos in Belek, this is a huge disappointment for me, because the food there was delicious. There are also several a la carte restaurants. We have been to 5 of them and apart from the French one, the rest are useless. The same quality of food as in generally available restaurants. After one of these dinners, I got sick. The hotel has several swimming pools, but there are too few sun loungers. When going to the swimming pool at 9-10 a.m. there is no way to find a free sun lounger. Everything is booked and the staff allows it. My daughter once got up at 7 a.m. to reserve a sun lounger. Then the towel services at the swimming pools open. Of the dozen or so double sun loungers near our room, she found the last one available. The rest were already taken with bathroom towels, not pool towels. There are many bars, including those at receptions, open until late at night, but despite a large selection of cocktails and alcohol, including wines, many items are unavailable. You need to find a good bartender, because many of them make cocktails contrary to the rules and they have a completely different taste. Some bartenders can also ignore customers. Regarding the Aquapark, the coolest slide was closed, and all the others required sliding on special pads. If you were to slide down normally on your butt, you could injure yourself due to poorly connected elements of the slide. Among th

I chose this resort as a bit of a last minute thing, as I wasn't sure that I would go abroad, giving the current political climate. There were absolutely no worries at all. Sharm el Sheik has unobtrusive security and I never felt in any danger during my stay. The Egyptian people appear to be very warm and friendly and most have fabulous smiles!!! What a beautiful hotel! I received the warmest most genuine welcome and my room was fantastic, with terrace, sea view, palm trees et al. My bed was kingsize and firm which really was the most comfortable for me. I loved the beach which catered for all tastes; lying on sun lounger, playing volleyball, learning dance routines for zumba, beachside cafe, snorkelling, scuba diving, paddling, football and so on. The sea is a beautiful blue/turquoise colour and is clear as glass. Snorkelling is a must. I learned to snorkel (am OAP) and cannot thank Abdu Mando Ezal enough, who is as handsome, fit, strong and patient as he is proficient at recognising safety issues and calming petrified old ladies down. What a star he is and a true asset to the hotel. Pay him more!!!! As a fully inclusive guest, my first two days consisted of eating like a starving hog; the food was beyond delicious and my greed got the best of me. The desserts are so sublime, you can just help yourself at the buffet. By the third day, I recognised that Slimming World were not going to be impressed, and I managed to manage myself a little better, by eating the beautifully prepared fresh fruit in the morning, a totally mixed salad at lunch and a proper meal in the evening. This diet suited me very well and I lost 6lbs in weight which pleased me immensely. The food was so varied and delicious that all tastes are catered for within the religious boundaries. The restaurant is very clean, hygienic and the staff are most friendly and helpful. I must give a shout out to the most excellent manager, Mr Sayed Khairy, who oversees Food and Beverages. Delightfully handsome, humorous and personable, he is very quick to attend to any enquiries or requests. His under manager Mohammed, works non stop ensuring the restaurant is running efficiently and well. The grounds are fabulous. The gardens are continuously maintained and the hibiscus were just starting to flower before I left. Manager Ayman Heikal oversees the grounds and they are a pleasure. At night time, they are all lit up like fairy world, so walking back to your accommodation on dark evenings is never an issue. The hotel arranged a free excursion around Sharm to see the sights and this was informative and most enjoyable. They have various excursions available through SUN at very reasonable prices and they do all they can to ensure that you have an awe-inspiring time. Whilst there, I visited Cairo by plane including Cairo Museum, Giza Pyramids, Sphinx, Camel ride, Papyrus shop. I rode on Quad bikes including a show, another camel ride, excellent dinner. I had a drink at Farsi Restaurant built into

The animation team did an amazing job keeping us and the kids entertained throughout the holiday. From crazy water balloon pool parties to kids mini discos or knowing the kids are safe and happy at the kids club, we had a great time with the team!

The hotel was built with beautiful authentic North African architecture style, with trees all around. Both pool area and the beach was nice. There's enough choice for food and you can find that suit your taste. The staff are kind and helpfull. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The only thing that needs to be improves is the wi-fi.

It is an all-inclusive luxury hotel in Sharm el-Sheikh. It is very close to the airport. We have a 150-pound taxi. It is expensive and should be cut to 100. Advantages: 1. The layout of the suite rooms is reasonable, and the bathroom is especially comfortable and spacious. 2, the main restaurant is large enough, rich in variety, lunch, and dinner. Especially for dinner, the outdoor barbecue section has grilled shrimp and grilled fish. Indoor part of salmon, crab, green mussels, squid, all kinds of chicken, beef and mutton. There are no five-star hotels in Egypt that can do this. 3, the children's club is very large, both indoors and outdoors. There is also a small water park. 4, the resort covers a large area, the pool is also enough, no matter which building has a close swimming pool. 5, the evening show is superior in Egypt, the first half hour is to bring the children to dance. The latter is the official program. 6, the shuttle bus in the resort is more frequent, you must take the car at the point. Disadvantages: 1, all-inclusive hotel, three meals, beach, pool, drinks in the theater are free. However, several specialty restaurants such as Japanese restaurants, Turkish restaurants, Italian restaurants, etc. still need to make an appointment and pay. In Egypt we have also tried other all-inclusive hotels. Apart from the main restaurant, other specialty restaurants are basically free. So such an all-inclusive is a bit regrettable. 2, nabq bay's beach is congenitally short, very hard reef, want to snorkel through the trestle and then go to the sea, inconvenient. But the fish is really beautiful and beautiful. In short, based on our experience of living in 11 resorts in the Red Sea of Egypt, this is a great recommendation and will go again.
