The location of the homestay is close to the beach of Jihu Lake. It is only a five-minute walk away. I stayed in a family room for two days. The area is small and clean. There are a lot of food and beverage stalls next to it. I went to eat at three of them. The service tastes are very poor and strong. It is recommended to go to the vegetable farm in Caiyuan Town to buy seafood for the boss to process, 20 yuan a dish, very affordable, the taste is better than the roadside stalls.

本來想定連鎖酒店的，奈何五一幾乎所有酒店民宿爆滿，臨近出行刷到覽庭灣有退房的空房間，果斷訂了幾間，本以為民宿衞生各方面不太好，評論也很少，想着也就是湊合一晚，入住後真的發現很驚喜。房間收拾的很乾凈，就在鬧市街道，但晚上很安靜，交通方便，旁邊是基湖，附近就有公交站，還可以自己買海鮮讓房東加工，經濟實惠好吃，五一期間房價也沒漲，比旁邊老房子的賓館強多了。幾乎從來都不評論的，真的是很滿意，下次再來！第一次入住這家酒店，整體體驗很不錯

#好評#對防治蚊蟲措施，鄰近店舖，鄰近餐廳，梳洗用品，房間佈局，隔音滿意；很不错，经济实惠，离基湖沙滩也很近。小朋友去沙滩也方便，中午和晚上的伙食，都是民宿搞定，省心省力，下次有机会还会再去。菜处理的也很干净，当天到的比较晚，没有提前预订，外面饭店点的，花甲里面很多沙，价格也贵很多。后面都是民宿搞定哦，老板还会提前咨询你们的口味。

老闆娘人很好，人很實在，民宿裝修風格我很喜歡，清新的格調。距離公交站很近，離基湖沙灘不遠，可以走路去。我們是一家人出行，訂了兩個標間，兩個大人帶一個小孩住一間，不擠。這次住宿體驗還是很不錯的。
