第一次在大東北住民宿，本來沒有過多的期待。因為在中街大悦城樓上逛街方便而且對於有娃的這樣的房間簡直對一位媽媽來説太友好了。雖然在鑰匙上有點小插曲，但房東及時迴應的態度和甜美的聲音，讓人瞬間心情好起來了。進屋一股清香撲鼻而來，是我喜歡的淡淡香味，屋裡明亮整潔，原諒我沒拍好。裏面各種親子用的真的想的太周到了，小童拖鞋、坐便、台階腳蹬、恆温水壺等等。原以為裏面什麼洗頭刷牙的用具都沒有，但恰恰相反，一應俱全還配了一次性的浴巾，還有卸粧油和化粧棉。真的能感受到房東的用心，長者都誇這個民宿定的太好了，下次去瀋陽一定還會再光臨的

環境：地處中街繁華地段，出行方便。
設施：設施齊全，唯一美中不足的就是空調聲音較大吧，應該是盒子的設計問題。
衞生：乾淨衞生。

衞生：衞生是我住過民宿裏最一般的了，如圖，本來合計就算了，做生意不容易，保潔疏忽也能理解，和房東溝通也很順暢，態度還是挺好的。
但是………我們是當天晚上8 9點了下的單，10點以後才入住，期間房東也在一直溝通入住和停車問題，很順暢，結果，入住之後房東才告訴我第二天一大早要停水，説是臨時通知，但是我入住的時候就看着門口放了備用的礦泉水。我還納悶怎麼那麼多水，這有點説不過去啊～是不是應該在我入住前告訴一聲呢。我至少可以決定要不要住對吧，最後的最後我們衹能一大早就撤了，本來出來玩就挺累的，懶覺還睡不了～

房間還行，就是床上有毛髮，最大的毛病就是中間那個燈來回走太不方便、總磕頭，投影儀也不太好用，還有就是電梯不方便，建議不開車的住，開車的千萬別住，找不到停車的地方，我停地下停車場了，花95

房間很乾凈，裏面的設備物件真得很齊全，一次性浴巾、毛巾、拖鞋等一切盡有。甚至連卸粧水都有！房間也很大，樓下就是地鐵口，商場、咖啡店，真是非常舒服！

民宿環境和宣傳的一模一樣，泡泡瑪特旁邊就是民宿入口。房東超級貼心，小細節滿滿，一次性浴缸套，一次性馬桶貼，就連女生會用到的卸粧棉和卸粧水都有，而且真的很乾凈，因為住了三天還會問我們需不需要打掃，真的超級棒，以後還有機會來瀋陽的話一定要再住這裏！

位置很棒去哪都方便 。房間有個滑梯 小朋友玩的很開心 一直跑來跑去。 就是樓層高電梯少等電梯比較久 。 有機會過來玩還會選擇這。

進門就有香薰，整個屋子裝修的很新，跟圖片完全一樣，浴缸上面還有氛圍燈，房東姐姐準備的東西也很細緻，住宿體驗很好，樓下就是大悦城和中街，去哪兒都很方便
