We booked a couple rooms at Pagoda hotel. The room had a package of going to a mini zoo as part of the deal. It was a really cool add on experience. We will try the snow ❄️ park next time. Our room also had audio visual equipment which is the projector 📽️ and screen in the photos you see. The hotel is super clean, the staff so friendly and it’s in a convenient location. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and after dinner eats. Which were all super delicious. On top of there are so many food options around you. And you are walking distance to a mall with even more options. The 14th floor has a gym, laundry services,and 24 hour arcade plus self services nail. We are already looking to book again with them!!!

A hotel in a very unassuming place, that has great rooms that are very clean & tidy. A 10ish minute walk from the nearest metro, it's a convenient location to travel anywhere around Bao'an and Nanshan. The room has everything you need and the staff member that checked us in was polite and helpful. The only issue is the noise - the hotel is next to construction on one side that starts work at 8am, and though the staff kindly gave us a room far away from this, our room looked onto a mechanics garage that was open until late. This I didn't mind so much, but the soundproofing between rooms is not the best. I was woken up by the room next to me at 6:30am hacking and spitting in his bathroom every morning! It's a shame, as if it wasn't for this our stay would've been great.

It takes about 10-15min for me and my family to get there on foot. The location is good especially you are surrounded by nice food! There's a night food street a few minutes walk away from the hotel to satisfy our cravings for Chinese food which starts at 4pm and ends at 11pm. The staffs in the hotel are very nice and approachable. We got a day of free breakfast instead of the welcome drink stated on the booking site. I like how the room is designed, simple, clean and comfortable. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of the welcome card and drinks prepared by the cleaning staff, she cleaned the room everyday for the room that I stayed. The staff also react quick in changing the room that we stayed as there's cigarette smell in the room due to faulty in the ventilation. The plus point of the room is we don't need the adapter for the plug, there's USB port in the room! Eventhough the hotel is beside the road, but it's very quiet. Overall, the stay in the hotel is superb and I would love to stay in this hotel again the next time!

I specially took picture 1. The hotel service is so comprehensive! It feels like it should have been renovated in the past few years. It looks much better than it did in 2020. The interior now looks clean and tidy. There are conditioner and laundry detergent in the room, and the toiletries are from high-end brands and are very comfortable to use (but I was lucky enough to get an upgrade, so I don’t know if they are available in the original room type). All in all, I would love to stay here. This store is really good. It's a good choice. It's not far from the subway and not on the street. It's relatively quiet~ There are so many delicious things to eat! I eat here every time I bring friends from out of town!

The hotel has an early breakfast time so that runners can have a full meal before setting off. She has cleaned the room after lunch👍🙇🏻♀️ There are not many breakfast options, but every food is delicious😋 There are many restaurants and night markets nearby, and the external sound insulation equipment is pretty good... On the contrary, the sound of opening and closing doors outside the corridor or in isolated rooms is very noisy🤪

My stay here was very pleasant. The room had everything I needed, including ample USB ports for charging as well as wireless charging for compatible phones. The decor is modern, clean and stylish with photographs of Shenzhen on the walls which is a nice touch. I used room service twice and the food was very high quality, well prepared and we'll presented. The menu caters for both Asian and western tastes. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. I'd stay again.

It is the cheapest deal in Shenzhen and don’t wait too much from this place, you won’t find cheaper than this with amenities and air conditioner and a normal toilet :) be ready to lift your huge luggage by yourself, because it’s located on the 4th floor. The guy on reception is kind and friendly, he helped us with everything we needed. The location is not so bad, but if you’re not Chinese, it would be difficult to find not Chinese cafes nearby. It’s not so far from the subway station, that’s very convenient. Enjoy!

PERFECT Absolutely will recommend this ATour hotel, worth every penny. Location is perfect, just go to fanshen station and walk to exit C. On the exit C, there are already restaurants, super complete mini market, hair salon, and old Rainbow mall across the street. Just go left and walk about 2 minutes, the hotel is there. Room is spacious, clean, and free mini bar (Water, Coffee, Tea, Tea bottle, Coke, and Cookies). The breakfast is delicious, the restaurant is on the same floor with mini gym and laundry. Btw the laundry is so fast, just drop your laundry and they will return it to your room once it is finished. A bar is also located in front of the hotel.
