Terrible service front desk. They claimed to return our ID when checking but actually forgot and wouldn’t return it. We called several times to ask for something but they kept forgetting our room number even when we called back to ask for us. Room is dusty even though hotel is not very old. Our room door was wide open when we checked in so who knows who else was in there.

Pros: Very convenient location. Very near Gangxia Metro Station (exit D). Just behind Wyndham Hotel. Room size is adequate and cleanliness is good.
Beds were comfortable, bathroom were clean and toiletry products were of good quality. The toilet is Japanese style with sprays for cleaning your behind.
Good service from the guy who was manning the reception when we checked in.
Cons: Noisy due to construction work next door (work starts as early as 6:30am). Major setback is their centralised air condition which doesn't cool the rooms at all.
Because of this, I had to change 3 rooms as it was too hot to stay. Ended up all rooms were the same.
The late evening receptionist (2 ladies) was not helpful at all and even gave me a smoking room which was smelly and not properly ventilated.

A very well situated hotel, right next to a subway station and in the financial district
The room was small but comfortable.
Breakfast was not so good, it was a very small buffet. Fortunately there are many good places to eat within 2 minutes walking distance.
The atmosphere in the hotel was good and the staff were friendly.
Fresh bottled water and basic bathroom items supplied every day, but no tea or coffee.
The visual style of the hotel is very interesting, It looks like a copy of several European styles.
The hotel seems to have previously been called the Alexander.

Generally fine. Good location near Gangxia metro and the convention center. Unfortunately, the hallways are difficult to navigate and the hardware in the room is a bit old.

Location is perfect, nearby subway, city center, many restaurants and pubs arou, hotel lobby interior is beautiful. Service was fast. Little bit of cleanness is needed inside room.

A great place to overnight. Small room with no window, but we liked the colourful wallpaper and ingenious way they tried to make it feel like there is a window. Clean room and friendly staff.

Excellent location in the centre of Shenzhen, easy walking distance to the underground rail services.

The location and service is very good. Close to the subway and the center city. The individual room is enough for one person. Bed is big. But the room is very dirty and old.

It is convenient to get metro station Gangxia exit D very easy to get around and close to the exhibition center.

only one worker help for checking in or out, interior design in corridor is nice,but facilities in room is a bit old, worker also help in reserving a table in nearby famous restaurant, workers are nice and polite, hotel very near to subway, also near to department store and restaurants.
