地點的確很方便，行15分鐘就到東門，但係衛生程度一般，地下很多小曱甴屍體，不過我住一晚，所以沒有換房，不過下次就唔會再去住

這個公寓在羅湖口岸附近、坐的士過去，大約10分鐘左右、有單人房間或者兩房間三房間選擇、唯一的壞處是空調不夠馬力，公寓還有洗衣機十分方便、晚上的時候樓下也很多地攤小店吃東西、附近有很多餐廳、整體來説不錯，下次會再來

酒店地理位置很優越，周圍交通便利，公交站地鐵站都有，去哪裡都很方便，前台服務人員很熱情，給人賓至如歸的感覺，有需要的東西打前台電話無論多晚都會及時送到，保潔人員用心負責，房間打掃的很乾凈，沒有異味，而且對人十分熱情，即使是在酒店走廊碰到也會問好，出去吃飯讓大姐幫忙打掃房間，回來已經打掃好了，補齊所有用品而且做了通風，房間床墊很舒服，洗漱用品配備齊全，牙刷牙膏，毛巾浴巾刮鬍刀梳子都有，而且淋浴間洗髮露沐浴露的味道很好聞，很想買同款帶回家，房間還有洗衣機，洗衣液配備齊全，房間安靜舒適，住的很舒服，性價比很高，之後來深圳會繼續選擇住他們家[呲牙]

酒店前台小姐姐服務很好，我需要多一張棉被，很快幫我拿來了。房間衛生很乾淨。唯一不好的就是洗澡沒有乾濕分離，而且晚上洗澡的時候，熱水只可以出一點點水，但冷水卻很大。我明明下午入住的時候試了熱水，出水很大的，到了晚上就不行了。不知道為什麼？

去到保安問我上幾多樓，我話華信天際公寓佢同我講話冇，跟住問我有冇公寓電話，然後佢幫我查到叫臥云府然後叫我上48樓，一上到48樓已是公寓前台，登記時告知大廈11月15日後因天氣轉涼而停開中央冷氣，叫我們入房先望吓，然後再決定是否入住，但我們一家大細都不知去哪裏找所以都決定入住，然後職員也很好安排多1把風扇給我們前後有3把，雖然有抽風系統，但房間還是有點侷。但房間整體也不錯
