It's quite far, near the InterContinental Hotel, about 10 minutes walk from the National Exhibition Center North Subway Station. It's a serviced apar**ent, rented by the landlord to the apar**ent operator. It's cheaper when there's no exhibition.

The location is okay. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the subway station. The curtains leak a little and the washing machine does not have a dryer. There are many hotel apar**ents around. This one has better management and good hygiene. Overall, the price/performance ratio is good.

The check-in procedure was fast, efficient and good. The room was clean and hygienic. The room equipment was new and complete. There was a balcony with good ventilation. Overall I was very satisfied.
