The room was spacious, the location convenient, breakfast was plentiful, and the price was reasonable. I'll definitely be back next time.

The room was clean and generally comfortable, which is to be expected for the price. The location is super convenient. The service was very nice. I needed to print a few documents, and the front desk staff kindly helped me out. My needs were met promptly, and I even received a complimentary breakfast. I extended my stay for another five days. It's very convenient for going to Hong Kong via Luohu Port. You don't have to worry about getting wet from the rain; coming out of Shenzhen Station, there's no need to take an elevator to the street level. After exiting the turnstiles, head in the opposite direction from the 'To Hong Kong' signs, walk through a passage, and you'll be here in a few minutes.

Shirley at the front desk provided excellent service. The breakfast and dinner buffets were quite plentiful, and the location is very convenient.

Close to the train station and Luohu Port, this hotel offers great value for money. You don't have to worry about rain or sun exposure. The soundproofing in the rooms is decent, and while breakfast isn't super lavish, it's enough to get by. Overall, a positive experience.

The room was pretty clean, and it's close to the subway. The staff were also very friendly.

The entire Heping Road is a construction site for Metro Line 17. All I could see outside the window were long hoardings and construction machinery. The traffic outside the hotel has been reduced to a single lane in each direction, causing constant jams throughout the day. Ride-hailing services and public transport are definitely delayed in this area. The smart room features were mediocre. I reported the clogged shower drain twice through the smart assistant. It took two minutes for the water to drain after a shower, and the surrounding area also flooded. Eventually, the hotel fixed it. The breakfast buffet was acceptable. In the middle of the night, a security guard rang the doorbell and knocked on the door to deliver takeout, waking up an old man who hadn't even ordered anything and startling two children.

Perfect for family trips! It's close to Luohu Port and the metro station, and offers free parking. Front desk staff, Xiao Dan, was very kind and overall, we're very satisfied!

This hotel is super convenient, just a 100-meter walk from the train station. It's clean, and there's a fantastic food street and everything else you could need nearby. Plus, it's only a few hundred meters to the Luohu Port border crossing to Hong Kong. The location is truly unbeatable!
