Room floor was terribly dirty. On the floor, there was sort of mouse **** (Small tiny little beads). Previous guest receipts are found on the back of curtain. It is just horrible place to stay...
Breakfast restaurant, coffee is terrible. Not tasty. Not service well.

Great stay even though I checked out at midnight, they have starbucks at the lobby which is great and a wonderful sky bar!!!

非常好，辦理入住直接給房間升級了，很大很寬敞。還有洗衣房和健身房，早餐也挺豐富的，種類很多。附近交通也很便利，出門不遠就是公交站。

酒店設施齊全，帶有洗衣房和健身房，這個很贊。早餐也很不錯，品種很多，味道也不錯，房間內的設計也很貼心，床品柔軟舒適，有兩種枕頭可自行選擇，前台服務態度熱情，處理問題效率高，非常滿意，入住還會贈送星巴克，有機會還會選擇這裏。

房間很不錯，很舒適，深得我心，裝修前衞、舒適、乾淨、整潔、智能，沒有多餘的功能，衹有增值的功能，比如音樂助沐，我太喜歡了，房間很大樓層高視野好，空間規劃合理，舒適感強，並且前台把房間做了免費升級，贈送了星巴克咖啡，二天早上去吃早點才發現，早餐真的很棒，菜品豐盛，顏色搭配得很有食慾，口味也很贊！強烈推薦這家麗楓！

進到房間直接在凈化器上看見個用過的避孕套我真服了 真的極其差評 而且房間就給一瓶水 連兩瓶水都給不起 無語了 不會再住

連着住了兩天，真的是無力吐槽了，毛巾浴巾都是疊的七扭八歪的，第一天那個房間2318的化粧鏡淋浴間放沐浴露的那個枱麪鬆鬆垮垮的，隨時都會砸下來。另外我在平台預訂的時候我花着自己權益使用的升級券，前台告訴我我們看不到你平台的訊息，那我的訂單是你去大街上偷的嘛？不會看ebooking 嘛？第二天的新房間2315吹風機直接不放了，更讓我氣憤的事情是一大早八點半房間突然有蜂鳴器響，睡的好好的直接給我整的都emo了，不得以早上下來退房給你們前台反饋，可笑的是告訴我什麼應該是樓道那邊的報警器在響，拜託搞清楚你要解決的問題好吧。既然作為新開業的酒店你們不想做點評，不考慮客户感受，那我的反饋應該也不會有太多的影響吧
