Newly opened in dec 2023 and everything is new and clean. Service is excellent and will be back.

We had a fabulous time at the Shangri-La Nanshan. The rooms are beautifully appointed with a gorgeous view of the water and city. We were here to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the hotel decorated our room and gave him a cake to celebrate. The afternoon tea and breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious and well suited for the Asian palate where it wasn't overly sweet. However the best thing at this hotel are the staff. They were always courteous, sweet, and helpful. It is definitely one of the best stays we had. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Absolutely superb. The most beautiful and well designed hotel I've ever been to, even the smallest details were talen care of with different fine materials and textures. The staff were always attentive to help even before you asked them. Alice in reception was excellent during our check-out. The views are something else, and same for the afternoon tea. Very nice and sophisticated environment, including other guests.

When I came to Shenzhen and stayed at Shangri-La, I was deeply attracted by the style of "hundreds of birds returning to their nests" as soon as I entered the door. Alice, the front desk, also helped me to introduce the suite. Her warm and considerate service made me feel very friendly. She helped me solve many problems during my stay. It happened to be my special menstrual period, so she helped me prepare special supplies. Jack, the concierge, also helped me arrange the car and luggage. Their service was five-star throughout the whole process, and the arrangement was very good. I will choose Nanshan Shangri-La next time. Recommended! !

I communicated with the hotel reservation depar**ent before checking in, and the colleagues in the reservation depar**ent answered my questions very patiently. I asked, but the colleagues in the reservation depar**ent did not leave a specific name, just saying "it's all what should be done". I had a good impression before checking in! This time I stayed in the Deluxe Room, and a lady at the front desk led me to the Deluxe Club Lounge on the 66th floor to check in, and introduced the hotel along the way. I received a warm reception from Allen in the VIP lounge and checked in comfortably. I also received Dickson's meticulous and thoughtful service during the happy hour in the evening. Lynn should be the VIP lounge manager, who is quite professional and has a strong team spirit. The overall performance of the VIP lounge team is quite outstanding. There is also a lady at the front desk of the swimming pool, who is quite enthusiastic and considerate. It is rare to encounter such thoughtful service in the fitness center. Although the hotel has only been open for less than half a year, I feel that the staff training is in place and the running-in is quite good, and there is no place to drop the chain. With the state of the hotel when I checked in, it can definitely be ranked with the other four high-end hotels in Shenzhen. I hope the hotel will continue to maintain a good state and keep improving!

It was really comfortable to stay in the 270-degree executive bay view suite. There was a typhoon and heavy rain outside. It was really relaxing to stay in the hotel and enjoy life. One of the top staycations in China. I strongly recommend Master Liu's family-style beef noodles. The breakfast was very rich. I will definitely come again next time.

Shenzhen Shangri-La is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in. My parents also praised it highly. Every staff member in the hotel has a great attitude. Knowing that our flight was cancelled due to weather reasons, we decided to come to the hotel for the holiday. She helped us upgrade the room type, decorated the room, and sent cakes and red wine. The public area is brightly decorated, with check-in points everywhere. The service of the Horizon Club is warm and decent. The room is reasonably designed, with sufficient lighting and high configuration, especially the bathroom at the corner. I especially praise the hotel's dining. The afternoon tea at the Horizon Club exceeds the level of paid afternoon tea in many hotels. The happy hour and breakfast quality are also very high. The Chinese restaurant Summer Palace is beautifully decorated and the products are good. Thanks to the careful arrangement of the duty manager Leona and the enthusiastic service of the Horizon Club manager Crystal. Crystal also thoughtfully prepared small gifts for our family 🎁.
