Very clean room. Staff were very nice. Breakfast is very various kind of foods. Around the hotel has too many restaurant and near by subway. Love to stay here.

The location is good, right next to Nantou Ancient Town; the room layout is reasonable and comfortable overall; the hygiene is also quite meticulous, clean and tidy, giving people a good feeling.

Around 11:00 on the day of check-out, I called the front desk to ask what the latest check-out time could be. She emphasized that it was usually 12:00. I could apply to go to 14:00, but I said it was 14 when I purchased it: Check out at 00. He said in a more firm tone than me that the system checks out at 12:00. In the end, I didn’t want to say more and just asked if I could increase the clock. He said it was 168 and I would reply in 4 hours. Okay, no problem, I’ll check out. When I came to pay now, she said yes. At 14:10, she called me and asked me if I would extend my stay. She asked me to buy online, otherwise it would be more expensive if I overtime and extra overtime fees would be charged. Oh my god. The 14:00 discount is given by Trip. I don’t care how you split it. Anyway, I didn’t enjoy it. Besides, after I asked about it in the morning, I was already asleep. At 14:00, it woke me up again and asked me to place an order quickly.

The waiters are very nice, attentive and courteous, and the aunt who cleans the room is very responsive and kind. The room is spacious and clean, and the bathroom shower water temperature is moderate and the water pressure is sufficient. The hotel location is a 5-minute walk from Zhongshan Park Station, which is convenient for travel. We booked it in advance I informed the hotel that this trip was to celebrate a birthday, and the hotel provided a gift, which was a great surprise. I felt very good about my stay overall!

I booked a Xinyue Superior King Room (approximately 1,000 yuan) The cleanliness of Jingran's room is like this! A bit disappointed!
