Terrible experience! The AC wasn't heating, only blowing cold air. Even with the sleep mode set to 26 degrees and heating turned on, it dropped to a frigid 14 degrees by 2 AM, and I caught a cold! When I called customer service, they were completely unhelpful and even hung up on me before I could finish explaining the issue. Absolutely awful experience and terrible service!
