酒店隔音不好，一大早外面就很吵，設施也很老舊，剛去發現床頭的電源不穩定，給手機充不了電，換了個房間，空調噪音又較大。但衞生間的衞生算是乾淨的，學生旅行湊合住還行，畢竟價格在這裏。

環境較差，很多東西都沒有，行李都沒地方放要地下，沒水喝也沒熱水壺燒水，就一個沖涼房加上有床睡覺而已，反正我就是住一次都不想住第二次了

訂單延續兩點退房，十二點就打電話問退房續住，多次強調兩點前台沒注意，自此不僅不給予道歉店主還打電話強硬態度加深矛盾，説去哪投訴都沒有用，如果不介意商家的態度極差,酒店的措施還是挺舒適的，體驗感極差
