I stayed at this Vienna Hotel when it first opened. After all these years, there has been no change. The room feels as old and heavy as before, and the hygiene is very poor. I don't know if it was because they cleaned it in a hurry right after I checked out or for some other reason. The mouthwash cup was turned upside down and there was a pool of unknown liquid behind the toilet. The toilet lid was so old that there were watermarks all over it. The price has increased, however.

The room is very clean and the service is very good. I am very satisfied with it. Because I was not feeling well, the waiter was very considerate and arranged a room near the elevator. It is great to have such an environment and service in the center of Shenzhen👍👍👍

The experience was extremely bad: 1. After booking a room on Ctrip and receiving confirmation information, I rushed to the hotel and was told that I had to pay extra to check in. After changing, when I changed into the disposable four-piece bed set I brought, I found that the quilt core, ⚠️Note that it was the quilt core ⚠️, had obvious blood stains, and they were in pieces (see the picture below). I was surprised and called the front desk again. After the waiter came, he took a look and said unhappy while walking, "Then change it." Another waiter came in and took a look and also said to change it. I said I needed to change the quilt cover and quilt core together. After I finished speaking, the waiter still pulled out the quilt cover and only changed the quilt core. After I emphasized it again, he reluctantly changed the quilt cover and quilt core. When the first waiter came in with the quilt cover and quilt core, he said: Don't ask me to change it again, change someone else! ⚠️⚠️There was blood on both sides of the quilt core, and only one side was photographed⚠️⚠️ 4. The waiter stood at the head of the bed and put the quilt core on the bed for me to see if there was any dirt or blood. When I stood at the foot of the bed and looked at one side and turned it over to the other side, the side of the bed head was far away from me and the quilt was heavier, so it was not turned over. The waiter stood at the head of the bed and looked at me motionlessly, but he didn't help to turn over the quilt. I was so angry that I called my husband to turn it over (the husband who was lying down and shot) and saw my disposable four-piece bed set after putting on the quilt. Are the room prices you opened online all deceiving people to go to the hotel and then rip off customers? 2. Can I decide who will change the quilt cover? If you don't want to change it, you can tell the depar**ent leader instead of complaining to the guests! 3. The bed sheets, quilt core, and quilt cover are all stained with blood. Is it too much for the guests to ask for a change? 4. You didn't check your work, and you got angry when the guests found out, so you don't have to do your job? And you just flipped it over casually, and you just looked at the guests like that!

The hotel facilities are outdated. On the day I arrived, the hotel's air conditioner only had heating. My original room had no window, so I immediately asked to change to a room with a window for extra charges. The only advantage was that there were many food markets nearby, so I wouldn't consider staying there again.
