完全是騙人，就是城中村的握手樓臟亂差，標註地址是虛假/説星河盛世其實是馬路對面的澳門新村（深圳典型城中村握手樓）樓與樓之間距離預估一米左右，周邊有什麼説話掉東西，盡收耳裏吵吵鬧鬧到深夜無法入睡，懷疑是否有牌照經營，善意提醒以免入坑，評分還給4.7擺明造假，平台不負責根本沒有踩盤核實

老闆人很好，特別熱情，服務周到，住進來後發現洗澡的水閥漏水馬上就換了一個新的。房間很乾凈，洗澡水也挺熱的，房間沒有異味，總之入住挺滿意的。謝謝了，以後有機會再來的。

我是第一次到深圳，其實我一開始沒反應過來這其實和我逃離的上海是同等級別的城市，直到我住進了公寓，讓我夢迴2019年到香港的日子，都是寸土寸金的地方，所以你用在小縣城住50平米大公寓的價格在這衹能住鴿子籠了，不過和香港一樣，麻雀雖小，也是五臟俱全，該有的都有，而且其實也有接近20平，衹是空間有部分被浪費了，而且太過密集，所以有些壓抑，但交通方便彌補了一切，而且澳門新村這個社區裏什麼都有，你下樓就能買到一切。有得有失吧
