Reception friendly & helpful, rooms nice clean & spacious. Gym good, location is close to shops. Only negative is there is a night club downstairs & was very loud music until 2-3am. We stayed on a Thursday evening.

Clean spacious room, speedy front desk. Breakfast is nice, perhaps they can consider adding more coffee machines as there's always a queue. There are some night clubs just across the street, making it slightly noisy if the curtains drawn up. But the clubs are neat, I slept well with the curtains down.

The receptionist is professiinally trained and provided us with good guidence on the questions we asked. Definitely a thumbs up on the services.

It feels good. The front desk service is very warm, the environment is very clean, and the cleaning is also very warm. However, the hotel has been in the past few years. I hope the hotel environment will be better if it is renovated! I'm of mixed race. My Chinese level is not very good. I don't know how to express it. Finally, I hope the hotel will get better and better.我喜欢这里🥰

Great hotel in Longgang. Make sure to check out the area near Red Cube and also Low-Carbon City Eco-Park. East side of town. Service exceptional, view is great.

The hotel staff were wonderful. They were incredibly accommodating and super friendly. Breakfast Buffet: was extensive. With both Asian and Western dishes (fruits, yoghurts, oa**eal, many types of pastries, salad, pancakes, hash browns, sausages, bacon, eggs and the list goes on and on). Dinner Buffet: was also extensive including Western and Asian dishes. My daughter's favourites were the lamb chops and the array of desserts on offer. They also had Japanese dishes like sashimi and sushi. The room was clean and everything looked new and in excellent condition. The staff were always there to help if I looked like I needed it. The indoor pool area had good changing rooms and showers,. In the same area they had a well equipped gym and massage rooms. It is right across the road from the culture center. We really enjoyed our stay here. We would definately go back again.

Very nice hotel not very far from mall where you can find dozen of restaurants. The hotel is very big and luxurious. The staff is very helpful and speak good English. The room is big, clean , with all advantages that you are waiting. Bedroom has shower and bath. No problem for parking if you have car.

It should be better if the lounge bar has a live band there, it can attract more customers to enjoy the music and the drinks. The variety of the drinks should be more and improved.

Although the hotel is not in the city, there's a Walmart next to the hotel, also some nice restaurants nearby. the hotel breakfast and buffet dinner are great, a lot of options, the staff at hotel are very helpful and informatic. I will stay in this hotel next time.

The room was clean, odor-free, quiet, and the temperature was well controlled, so I slept soundly without waking up until morning. It was nice that they kindly and quickly responded to various service requests. Thank you to the hotel staff
